Credit Requests & Cancellation

Credit cancellation requests shall be authorized only until the process request is incomplete. Once approved, cancellation is not permitted. Payments for raised credit requests must be completed within 7 days. Delays may result in service deactivation.

Users must maintain strict confidentiality of account information including invoices, transactions, payments, application details, and panel access. Disclosure to third parties is strictly prohibited.

If service resolution is not provided within 30 days from payment date, users are entitled to a 100% refund of available account balance.

Exit Policy for Voice Services

  • Only virtual mobile numbers are transferable.
  • Landline, Toll-Free, and PSTN numbers are non-transferable.
  • Transfer fee of INR 2000 applies.
  • Services may continue during porting with applicable charges.
  • Security deposit up to INR 5000 may be charged and refunded post-transfer.

Communication Consent

Users consent to receive communications via email, calls, and SMS regarding services, transactions, promotions, and updates.

Termination

Users may deactivate accounts anytime. Aarson IT solutions may suspend or terminate services without notice for violations or non-payment.

Prepaid Plans

  • Services may be renewed within 2 months of expiration.
  • Previous numbers are retained only if available.
  • Service plans are not guaranteed after one month of expiration.

Privacy Guidelines

Users must provide accurate information and maintain secure credentials. Aarson IT solutions stores and protects user data as per the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Use of Content

Website content may be used solely for non-commercial purposes. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited. Aarson IT solutions may modify content at any time.

Fair Usage Policy

Credits unused for extended periods may be subject to fair usage limits (typically 6–12 months) to ensure operational efficiency.
